POLICE: Avoid Kapuna Road for at least next 6 hours

Hawai’i Police Department advises motorists to AVOID Kapuna Road, between Highway 19 (Hawai‘i Belt Road) and Old Māmalahoa Highway, because of downed utility lines across the roadway.
The public is advised to stay away from the area for at least the next 6 hours.
