Police seek 14-year-old runaway; have you seen him?

Hawai‘i Island police are asking the public for its help with locating a missing 14-year-old.

Herman Kirklin

Herman Kirklin, who was reported as a runaway, was last seen about 1 a.m. Sunday, May 31, near Lehua Street in Fern Acres.

Herman is 6-foot-5, 180 pounds, African-American, with a medium brown complexion, short curly black hair and brown eyes.

Anyone who might have information about his whereabouts is asked to call Hawai‘i Police Department’s nonemergency line at 808-935-3311.
