Hawai‘i Island police seek the public’s help in finding a missing 82-year-old man who was last seen walking toward Kona on Highway 11 in Ocean View.
Douglas Harper was last seen at 1 p.m. on Sunday wearing a tan-colored shirt with blue jeans and black shoes. He has short gray hair, is 6 feet tall and weighs 140 pounds.
Anyone with information on Harper’s whereabouts is asked to call 911 or the police department’s non-emergency line at 808-935-3311.
