Police ask public for help with finding missing endangered 25-year-old man

Hawai‘i Police Department seeks help from the public with finding a missing endangered adult.

Police report 25-year-old James Fonseca was last seen at 3 p.m. Feb. 27 on Ala Oli Street in Hilo.

Fonseca is 6-foot-3, 200 lbs, white with light brown hair, light blue/green eyes, a medium build and fair complexion.

Anyone who might have information that can help with locating Fonseca is urged to call 9-1-1 or the police department’s non-emergency line at 808-935-3311.
