Registration opens for East Hawaiʻi Jr. NBA/WNBA youth basketball leagues

Registration is now open for the East Hawaiʻi Jr. NBA/WNBA Novice Boys and Open Co-Ed Basketball leagues, allowing youth players to compete in the upcoming spring season.

Registration will remain open through Jan. 26.

The season is scheduled to run from Feb. 23 through May 14 and includes divisions for players ages 8–10, 11–12 and 13–14.

The cost is $30 per player, which includes an NBA or WNBA reversible replica jersey. Teams may also register for a fee of $160. Both individual player registration and team registration options are available.

A coaches and team representatives meeting is scheduled for 5 p.m. on Jan. 13 at Aunty Sally Kaleohano’s Lūʻau Hale, located at 799 Piʻilani St.
