The mediation center is giving the community one last chance to register for the upcoming workshop during which participants will learn why they and others act like they do and how to interact more effectively with family, friends and co-workers.

It’s knowledge that can dramatically improve communication and connection in personal and professional settings.

Workshop participants will also learn how to:

  • Explore their natural preferences via the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator personality assessment.
  • Use the information and knowledge they gain to enhance the performance of team members and leaders.
  • Better use their and others’ motivations and strengths.

The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator is the most widely used personality assessment in the world. It reveals why people behave the way they do and how to communicate and interact more effectively.
