IRONMAN World Championship schedule for Oct. 10: Little bit of a calm before the storm; check in and cheer starts later this morning

Here’s a look at what’s on the IRONMAN World Championship schedule for Oct. 10:

• 7 a.m. to noon: AG1 Live Aloha Coffee Boat (get your free AG1), Honu’s lawn, Courtyard by Marriott King Kamehameha’s Kona Beach Resort.
• 7 a.m. to 4 p.m.: Official IRONMAN Store — Store 2, in front of Courtyard by Marriott King Kamehameha’s Kona Beach Resort.
• 7 a.m. to noon: Active Release Techniques, Honu’s lawn, Courtyard by Marriott King Kamehameha’s Kona Beach Resort.
• 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.: Accreditation Office, Courtyard by Marriott King Kamehameha’s Kona Beach Resort Conference Room 5.
• 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.: VIP Guest Services, Courtyard by Marriott King Kamehameha’s Kona Beach Resort Paddlers.
• 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.: Media Center, Courtyard by Marriott King Kamehameha’s Kona Beach Resort Ballroom 1.
• 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.: Volunteer check-in, Courtyard by Marriott King Kamehameha’s Kona Beach Resort.
• 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.: Check-in and Cheer — Professional Athlete Bike Check-in, Bike Compound, Kailua Pier.
• 11:30 a.m. to 6 p.m.: Age group athletes bike/helmet/gear check-in, Bike Compound, Kailua Pier.
• 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.: IRONMAN Information Center/Lost and Found/’Ohana, Courtyard by Marriott King Kamehameha’s Kona Beach Resort Conference Room 6.
• 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.: Official IRONMAN Store — Main Store, Courtyard by Marriott King Kamehameha’s Kona Beach Resort parking lot.
• 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.: IRONMAN Village, Hale Hālāwai, Ali`i Drive.
