Police thank public for assistance with ID’ing Nā‘ālehu church burglary suspects
Hawai‘i Island police thank the public for its help with identifying two suspects connected with recent burglaries in the Kaʻū community of Nā‘ālehu.

The two men were identified after video surveillance taken during a burglary at a church located in the 95-5600 block along Māmalahoa Highway was shared on Hawai‘i Police Department’s social media platforms.
Several community members came forward shortly after the clips were posted with information about the identities of the suspects.
Although both men were tentatively identified, police continue to investigate a series of burglaries that happened between Aug. 10 and Sept. 16 in Nā‘ālehu.
