Update 1:38 p.m. Sept. 6: Hawai‘i Island police report that 16-year-old Priscilla Binney, who was previously reported as a runaway, was located in Kailua-Kona in good health.

Original post: Hawai‘i Island police are asking for the public’s help in locating a 16-year-old girl.

Priscilla Binney, who was reported as a runaway, was last seen Sept. 1 at 9:30 a.m. on the 82-1000 block of Kalamalani Place in Captain Cook.

She was wearing an orange puffy jacket, black pants, and brown slip-on shoes.

Priscilla is Hawaiian, with a small build, about 5 feet and 3 inches tall, 150 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.

Police ask anyone with information on Binney’s whereabouts to call the department’s non-emergency line at 808-935-3311.
