The robbery is reported to have occurred at about 3:30 p.m. July 10 at the business on Pūʻainakō Street.

Police say a woman employee said an unidentified man put an item in his pants waistband and proceeded to the store exit without paying. She was shoved down by the suspect after confronting him.

The man then left the area on a bicycle, but not before he was captured on video by the store’s surveillance system, screen grabs from which are being released to the public for identification purposes.
