Hāpuna Beach to open late on Wednesday

Hawai‘i Island police will be conducting an investigation at Hāpuna Beach State Park on Wednesday, delaying the park’s opening for one hour.
Vehicles and beachgoers are asked to not enter the park during the investigation between 6 a.m. to 8 a.m.
Wednesday will be the only day effected by the investigation. Any questions can be directed to Detective C. Melendez at 808-209-6896.
