The Hawai’i Island police put out a missing person alert just before 10 a.m. on Saturday for a man last seen 3 1/2 hours earlier on Rainbow Drive in Hilo.
The missing male adult is Shayson Estocado, who is 5-feet-8, 150 pounds and Hawaiian.

Police categorize the alert as severe, with significant threat to life or property. No further details were provided.
Anyone with information about Estocado’s whereabouts is asked to call the police department’s non-emergency number at 808-935-3311.
