Hawai‘i Island police are asking for the public’s help in finding a Kailua-Kona man who was last seen in September 2023.
Marcello Silva Da Costa was reported missing on Wednesday. The 32-year-old is Puerto Rican, 5 feet 7 inches, 145 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.
