There will be three military vehicle convoys headed from from Pōhakuloa Training Area to Kawaihae Harbor this week.

The convoys are scheduled for:

  • 8 and 10 a.m. Feb. 14.
  • 8 and 9 a.m. Feb. 15.
  • 8 a.m. Feb. 18.

Convoy leaders will continually assess conditions and pull over on permissible straight-aways to allow island motorists to pass safely and reduce backed up traffic.

This training is critical to ensure military units and service members are ready to accomplish their mission and return home safely.
