Kona-based employee promoted to VP of Central Pacific Bank

Central Pacific Bank has promoted Alan Pak to vice president and senior business banking officer.

Pak is based in Kailua-Kona and recently won the Lending Officer of the Year Gold Award for West Hawaiʻi from the U.S. Small Business Administration’s Hawaiʻi Pacific-Islands District Office.

“The Lending Officer of the Year Gold Award is a recognition of Alan’s dedication and devotion to helping his clients succeed,” said Susan Utsugi, the bank’s Business Banking Group SVP division manager. “Alan has a proven track record of going above and beyond and has developed solid banking relationships with his customers.”

Pak joined Central Pacific Bank in 2017 and works directly with business customers to help them achieve their goals. He has more than 20 years of professional banking experience in Hawaiʻi, including branch management. He graduated from the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance.
