Police Arrest Man Accused of Abducting Teen from Waikōloa

Hawai‘i police have located and arrested Duncan Kealoha Mahi in Hilo accused of abducting 15-year-old Mikella Debina.

Mahi, 52, was found with Debina at Café Pesto  today. The teen was reportedly kidnapped at knifepoint from the Anaeho‘omalu Bay area on Friday.
