Police Seek Puna Man Wanted For Questioning in 2 Investigations

Samuel Baker Sniffin Jr.

Big Island police are asking for the public’s assistance with finding a Puna man wanted for questioning in connection with criminal investigations.

The Hawai‘i Police Department reports that police want to ask 29-year-old Samuel Baker Sniffin Jr. questions relating to two separate incidents that happened earlier this year.

Sniffin is described as 5 feet, 10 inches tall, weighing 160 pounds, with brown hair and green eyes.

Anyone with information about Sniffin’s whereabouts is asked to call Detective Jeremy Kubojiri with HPD’s Area I Criminal Investigation Section at 808-961-2378 or email him at Jeremy.Kubojiri@hawaiicounty.gov.

Anyone with information also can call the police department’s nonemergency number at 808-935-3311.
