Carol Noel

Authorities seek the public’s help locating a missing woman.

Sixty-two-year-old Carol Noel has not been heard from by family members since Friday, July 8. Noel is known to frequent the Hilo and Mountain View areas, and may possibly be in downtown Hilo.

Noel is described as 5 feet 3 to 5 feet 4 inches tall, 120 to 130 pounds, with shoulder-length blonde/brown hair and blue eyes.

Hawai‘i police ask anyone with information on Noel’s whereabouts to call the department’s non-emergency line at 808-935-3311, attention Officer Cody Correia.

Tipsters who prefer to remain anonymous may call the islandwide Crime Stoppers number at 808-961-8300.
