A 20-game 2022-23 Big West Conference slate with a twist will put regular season conference champion the University of Hawai‘i women’s basketball team to the test as head coach Laura Beeman enters her 11th season at the team’s helm.

The Big West announced its schedule on Wednesday, June 22.

Each Big West team is scheduled to play the usual Thursday and Saturday matchups, but will add at least one Monday game. UH is the only team to have two Monday games this upcoming season, but while each team will also have a Wednesday game, the Rainbow Wahine will have none.

UH begins conference play Dec. 29 against the University of California, Davis, followed by a stop at Cal Poly on New Year’s Eve. On Jan. 14 and Feb. 18, 2023, the ‘Bows will take on rival Long Beach State, with the first of the two games on the road.
