Big Island police are reaching out to the public again to ask for help with locating a woman who has been missing nearly five years.
According to a media release from the Hawai’i Police Department, 40-year-old Parker Godwin, also known as Amanda Burnell, was last seen in early August 2017 in the Kalapana area.
Godwin is described as having a fair complexion, being 5 feet, 10 inches tall and weighing 145 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes. She also has a “Led Zeppelin” tattoo on her lower back.

Anyone who might have information about Godwin’s whereabouts is asked to call the police department’s nonemergency number at 808-935-3311 or contact Lt. Rio Amon-Wilkins of the Area I Criminal Investigation Section at 808-961-2252 or via email at [email protected].
