Big Island keiki will have the chance this weekend at a Hilo hotel to find a share of more than 5,000 Easter eggs filled with goodies.

The Hilo Hawaiian Hotel invites children from 3-12 years old and their ‘ohana to hop on over Sunday, April 17, for a special Easter celebration featuring an Easter egg hunt and Sunday brunch buffet. The egg hunt begins at 12:30 p.m.

Eggs will be hidden throughout the bayfront lawns of the hotel. Participants must check in with a parent or guardian at 12:15 p.m.

The event is free and open to the public. Parking will be available on a first come, first served basis.
