HPD Seeks Public Help Finding 4 Wanted Individuals

Authorities are seeking the public’s help locating four individuals wanted on outstanding warrants.

Hawai‘i police say all four parties live in or frequent the Hāmākua area.

David Hively is wanted for two counts of Criminal Contempt of Court totaling $1,050. Hively is described as being 6 feet tall, 199 pounds, with brown hair, and hazel eyes.

Keokalani Joaquin is wanted for three counts of Criminal Contempt of Court totaling $5,000. Joaquin is described as being 5 feet 8 inches tall, 220 pounds, with black hair, and brown eyes.

Alan Torres is wanted for two counts of Failure to Appear totaling $2,150. Torres is described as being 5 feet 9 inches tall, 180 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.

Kirk Paulo is wanted for Violations of Conditions of Release and Criminal Contempt of Court totaling $2,300. Paulo is described as being 5 feet 8 inches tall, 150 pounds, with black hair, and brown eyes.

Anyone with information on the whereabouts of these four individuals is asked to contact Officer John Kari at the Hāmākua police station at 808-775-7533, or via email at [email protected], or to call the police department non-emergency number at 808-935-3311.

Tipsters who prefer to remain anonymous may call the island-wide Crime Stoppers number at 808-961-8300 and may be eligible for a reward of up to $1,000.
