The Hawai‘i Police Department is searching for a missing “at-risk” person. Caleb Vogel, 35, who is Caucasian, 5’11”, 240 pounds, with hazel eyes and black hair, was reported missing on Saturday, Feb. 19.
He was last seen in Hilo around 9 a.m. on Feb. 17.
Anyone with info is asked to call 911 or contact police dispatch at 808-935-3311.
