Police Seek Ocean View Woman Last Heard From in August

The Hawai‘i Police Department is asking for help from the public with finding a missing Big Island woman.

Police are trying to locate 40-year-old Jennifer Helle of Ocean View, who was reported missing by her family.

Helle is described as Caucasian; 5 feet, 4 inches tall; and 130 pounds, with hazel eyes and blond hair.

Police initiated an investigation looking for Helle after her family reported her missing Tuesday, Feb. 8. Family members said they last heard from her Wednesday, Aug. 11, 2021, after she was released from Kona District Court in Kailua-Kona.
