Coconut Island Pedestrian Bridge to Temporarily Close

The pedestrian bridge to Coconut Island in Hilo will be closed starting Tuesday, Dec. 7 for repairs on bridge handrails.

According to Hawaii County, the repairs will last through Dec. 17. For more information, call the Parks and Recreation Administration office at 808-961-8311.
