A small northeast swell along with the strengthening trade winds will up the surf to moderate range along the east facing shores over the weekend. Surf will be picking up next week along the north and west facing shores as a series of moderate northwest swell rolls in. Surf will continue to build on Thursday, reaching near or at advisory levels along the north and west facing shores of most islands.
