HPD Seeks Public’s Help Finding Wanted Hilo Man

Kalvin Keala Menzsa

Authorities are seeking the public’s help locating a wanted Hilo man who is considered armed and dangerous.

Thirty-year-old Kalvin Keala Menzsa is wanted for three outstanding traffic warrants, and for questioning in connection with an unrelated criminal investigation.

Menzsa is described as being 5 feet 6 inches tall, 160 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.

Police caution members of the public not to approach Menzsa and to immediately contact police.

Anyone with information about Menzsa’s whereabouts is asked to contact the Hawai’i Police Department’s non-emergency number at 808-935-3311, or Detective Wendall Carter of the Area I Criminal Investigation Section at 808-961-2383, or email at Wendall.Carter@hawaiicounty.gov.
