4 People Wanted for Questioning in Theft Incidents at South Kohala Resort

Authorities are seeking the public’s help in identifying four people wanted for questioning related to theft and damage reports at a resort in South Kohala.

On March 10, hotel security staff reported several items had been stolen and damage to hotel property had occurred the previous night. Video surveillance obtained by Hawai‘i Police shows several images.

One image shows a man in a white shirt and green baseball cap removing a sign from a wall and hiding the item inside a bag. According to police, the man was in the company of three other men and a woman.

Upon further review of the video surveillance, the same man was observed removing a decorative vase/urn cover. Hotel security was able to determine that an additional sign and a decorative fish were also removed.

All parties are wanted for questioning in regards to this incident.
