All lanes are open on Highway 19 in Ka‘awali‘i Gulch after a traffic accident closes one of the lanes for about two hours.

Hawai‘i County Police sent out a phone notification at 8:58 a.m. reported the road was open between mile markers of 28-29 near O‘okala.
