Mokupāpapa Discovery Center to Host Free Public Event

The public is invited to celebrate the 5th Annual Get Into Your Sanctuary and Monument Day on Friday, Aug. 2, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., at Mokupāpapa Discovery Center in Hilo.

Free to attend and suitable for all ages, the event will explore the wondrous world of the national marine sanctuaries and monuments with activities in robotics, art, virtual reality dives and games.

Mokupāpapa Discovery Center is located at 76 Kamehameha Avenue in Hilo.
