HPD Arrests Theodore Casuga

Hawaiʻi Island police report that Theodore Casuga, who was listed as missing, was arrested by the Special Enforcement Unit in Hōlualoa on Friday, Nov. 16, 2018.

He was wanted for a Hawai‘i Paroling Authority Warrant of Arrest.

This information was provided by the authorities. All suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.
