“Our Howl’ween Dog Walks bring tons of smiles to participants, pooches, passersby and even politicians,” said Hawai‘i Island Humane Society Executive Director Donna Whitaker. “There’s no better way to enjoy the Fall season and encourage camaraderie between pets and their owners. Seeing a great costume on a dog and their owners can’t help but make you smile!”

Event highlights include costume competitions, pet-related vendors and ono food and drink.

Become a fundraiser by raising pledges for Hawai‘i Island Humane Society to help shelter animals. Getting started is easy to do and it’s fun. Garner $50 in pledges and receive a free Dog Walk t-shirt. There’s lots of info online.
