Looking Ahead
Drier, cooler weather is forecast to spread over the state with some lingering moisture and showers affecting the windward Big Island. Light trade winds will begin to fill in today and through the weekend. Humidity levels along with rain chances are expected to increase Sunday and into next week as winds shift from the southeast ahead of an approaching cold front.

We expect variable winds around15 mph. Partly to mostly cloudy skies are forecast with limited scattered windward showers. Variable cloudiness with isolated afternoon showers for the Kona side. Temperatures up to 81° to 86°.
