Hawai‘i Beach and Golf Properties Expands Office, Launches New Website
Hawai‘i Beach and Golf Properties (HBGP) announced it has recently expanded its offices at Mauna Lani Resort and launched a redesigned website.
The small real estate brokerage firm has become one of the fastest growing firms on Hawai‘i Island since it was founded in 2013, according to a news release.
“We’ve worked really hard for the past four years and have reached a milestone to position us for the future with this expansion,” said HBGP owner and broker Eileen Lacerte.
HBGP is open seven days a week from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. The office is described as “an informal gathering place within the resort community in recent years.”
“We’re here early in the morning for people getting their morning coffee and we’re open at night for people having dinner at Ruth’s Chris Steak House or any of the other nearby restaurants,” said Lacerte. “People stop by and love to hang out in our comfy atmosphere.”
The new office features a free internet lounge with a custom-built work table that seats 10 and provides individual charging outlets for mobile devices. The expanded office and lounge were designed with the high-tech look and feel of an Apple Store, incorporating large flat panel TVs and touch screens for 3D virtual tours of homes on the market.
“Since our clients love to stop by and use our office space, it just made sense for us to open up our own Internet Lounge to resort visitors who may still need to do work away from the family in a quiet place while on vacation,” Lacerte added.
In addition to the office upgrades, HBGP recently launched a redesigned website to provide comprehensive real estate market information, including community resources and property types for sale. The new home page offers a Google-style search by area, subdivision or zip code. Users can also access map-based tools to search for properties by resort or property type, such as ocean front homes or golf frontage properties. The site was created by Waimea-based developer Susan Chouinard Communications.
