The remnants of the front that has been affecting us is expected to lift north of the state over the next 24 hours. Winds will pick up to moderate trades through early next week with clouds and showers favoring windward and mauka spots at night and in the morning.

We expect east winds today from 15 to 20 mph. High temperatures are forecast from 82° to 87°. Partly sunny skies with scattered showers this weekend for windward spots. The Kona side will start with sunshine and clouds will build in the afternoon with isolated showers and hazy skies.
