Parker School to Host Pumpkinpalooza
Parker School invites the community to the family-friendly Pumpkinpalooza celebration on Saturday, Oct. 22, starting at 9 a.m.
This fun-filled event will include games, prizes, face painting, local pumpkins for sale, and two haunted houses.
Admission is free. Games and activities are available by purchasing tickets.
Game booths will run from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., a spooky haunted house for all ages from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. and a scary haunted house for kids 10 and over from 5 to 8 p.m.
Parker’s Pumpkinpalooza will take place 65-1224 Lindsey Road, Waimea, on the lawn beside the Parker School Theater, with signs leading to the Haunted House entrance in the school’s lower hall.
Parker’s Pumpkinpalooza is a student-led event with all proceeds supporting student life at Parker School. The money raised at Pumpkinpalooza will be used by Student Council to support annual events, such as Canned Food Drive, Lovefest Charity Art Auction and Concert, Teacher Appreciation Week, school dances, game nights and pep rallies.
