Big Island Surf Forecast

ARTICLE CONTINUES BELOW AD

Hilo side: Light and variable east-northeast winds with smooth seas holding on pretty much for the rest of the week.

Kona & South side: New, very small and steep angled SSW-South swell moves in with surf hanging mainly under waist high or flat on the Kona Coast. Some areas may pull in waves up to waist high.

Keep in mind surf heights are measured on the face of the wave from trough to crest. Heights vary from beach to beach, and at the same beach, from break to break.
