Looking Ahead
Light winds with offshore land breezes at night and onshore sea breezes during the day are expected through Monday. Stable conditions are forecast to limit rainfall amounts. An approaching cold front will reach Kauai early Tuesday, and sweep southeast across the state through Tuesday night. This front will bring periods of showers, which will be followed by strong and gusty north to northeast winds behind it.

Today we expect sunny skies in the morning with partly cloudy skies and isolated showers in southeast sections of the island. Other spots will be mostly cloudy with scattered showers. Hazy skies are expected. High temperatures from 67° to 72°. Variable winds are expected up to 15 mph.
