A 38-year-old Kona man wanted on two bench warrants is being sought after by the Hawai’i Police Department.

Authorities say Ronald Barawis Jr. is wanted for violating parole and failure to appear. He is also wanted for questioning in another investigation.

Barawis is described as 5-foot-9 and 140 pounds. He has brown eyes, dark brown hair, and a large tattoo on the right side of his face.

Police say Barawis may be armed and dangerous and should not be approached by the public.

Anyone with information regarding Barawis’ whereabouts should call the Police Department’s non-emergency line at 935-3311.

Those who prefer to remain anonymous should call the Big Island Crime Stoppers number at 961-8300.
