A Small Craft Advisory is posted for Big Island windward waters through 6 a.m. Friday. East winds are expected up to 30 knots and seas up to 12 feet.
A Gale Warning is posted for winds up to 35 knots and seas up to 15 feet in the Alenuihaha channel and to the south and west of the Big Island. The warning is posted through 6 p.m. Sunday.
A High Surf Advisory is posted for east shores through 6 p.m. Sunday for 8 to 11 foot faces.
A Wind Advisory is posted for the Big Island through 6 p.m. Saturday for east winds from 20 to 30 mph with gusts to 55 mph.

Strong trade winds will continue into next week and will carry showers into windward and mauka spots with passing rainfall reaching leeward locations from time to time. Trades are expected to weaken next week.
