Kahilu Hawaiian Music Concert Series: Amy Hānaiali‘i
Hawaiian Singer-Songwriter Amy Hānaiali‘i will be on stage at the Kahilu Theatre on Wednesday, Dec. 16.
The five-time Grammy-nominated Best Hawaiian Music Album artist will perform at 7 p.m. Hānaiali‘i’s work speaks for itsel, gracing the charts as Hawai’i’s top selling female vocal artist of all time.
Hānaiali‘i has won numerous Nā Hōkū Hanohano awards, including Female Vocalist of the Year, Hawaiian Album of the Year, Song of the Year, Group of the Year, Christmas Album of the Year, and Contemporary Album of the Year.
In addition, Hānaiali‘i’s albums have placed at the top of the World Album Billboard charts. Her talent is a blend of disciplined classical training, power vocals, and honor of her family and ancestral responsibility.
Beyond her musical talent, Hānaiali‘i was recognized on the Pacific Business News “40 under 40 Business Person of the Year” list, recognizing her business skills in marketing her talent.
Hānaiali‘i launched the Hānaiali‘i Collection, featuring a line of children’s clothes inspired by her daughter. She also has her own line of wines that she paired with her album Chardonnay.

The performance is taking place through a sponsorship from Nancy Lematta and Hapuna Prince Beach Hotel and is part of the Kahilu 2015/2016 Hawaiian Music Series, sponsored by KAPA Radio and Kona Brewing Company.
