Structured Onboarding & Training

Every agent completes a hands-on onboarding process built to:

Continued education is available year-round to help agents stay sharp and competitive in the Big Island real estate market.

What You’ll Do

• Build and manage a pipeline of buyers and sellers
• Conduct 5–22 real estate conversations daily (we’ll show you how)
• Follow proven systems for lead generation and conversion
• Attend team trainings, coaching sessions, and accountability check-ins
• Deliver a high-level client experience from start to finish

Responsibilities

• List and sell residential real estate
• Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts
• Conduct comparative market analyses (CMAs)
• Guide clients through the buying and selling process
• Maintain an active Hawaii real estate license

• Location: Big Island, Hawaii, Hilo, Kailua Kona, Waikoloa.
