HPD Searching for Hale Nani Escapees

The Hawai’i Police Department has joined in on the search for two 24-year-old men, Devin Saragosa-Taoy and Jensen Yadao, who were reported as escapees on Monday from Hale Nani correctional facility.

Saragosa-Taoy was last seen at the correctional facility on Monday around 9 a.m. The Puna man has been described as 5-foot-6 and 165 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. According to HPD, he also has a tattoo on his back that reads “SARAGOSA.”

Yadao, of Hamakua, was last seen at the correctional facility on Monday at around 10 a.m. He is described as Hawaiian, 5-foot-4, and 120 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.

Anyone with information on either of the men’s whereabouts should call the Police Department’s non-emergency line at 935-3311.
