Elizabeth J 100% Kona Coffee was recently announced by Greenwell Farms as the latest release in its signature series.

The series honors four generations of Greenwell family heritage, and the latest varietal is named after Greenwell Farms president Tom Greenwell’s sister, Elizabeth Greenwell.

Coffee beans from the Greenwell Farms property that contain the Pacamara coffee varietal make up the brew, which is layered with bright, sweet and fruitiness and contains hints of clove, plum, raisin, apricot, passion fruit, strawberry, and chocolate.

“This Pacamara coffee is so different, with its unique characteristics. We are really excited to introduce this signature cup of 100% Kona Coffee,” said Tom Greenwell. “The cup has really good acidity and the fruity notes are fantastic. It’s the kind of taste certain to make a very high mark in our Signature Series.”

Tasting of the new release is being conducted at the farm throughout the month of November through the Elizabeth J 100% Kona Coffee tasting experience.

The coffee retails for $75 for a 12-ounce bag and can be purchased at the Greenwell Farms Visitor Center or at the Greenwell Farms website.
