Waimea Man Sought on Warrants

Thirty-seven-year-old Jacob Kawaa Freebairn of Waimea is being sought after by the Hawai’i Police Department on six bench warrants for contempt of court.

Police describe Freebairn as 5-foot-5 and 150 pounds. He has blue eyes and short graying light brown hair.
