The 20th annual Mealani’s Taste of the Hawaiian Range and Agricultural Festival will take place on Friday, Oct. 9 and event organizers are inviting local food producers to display and sample their product at the event.

October’s event will take place at the Hilton Waikoloa Village and is a premiere ag showcase that offers Hawai’i farmers, ranchers, and food producers to connect with chefs and attendees for free at the event.

Organizations that follow an agricultural or sustainability theme are also invited to participate through the presentation of informational displays.

During the event, 35 chefs from across the state will create unique dishes using meats, island fruits, vegetables and other farm products.
