Motorcycle Passenger in Fatal Accident Identified

The Hawai‘i Island Police department has identified the motorcycle passenger who died Saturday evening, May 9, in a three-vehicle accident the same evening on Queen Ka‘ahumanu Highway that killed two people.

The passenger was 47-year-old Sean Henshaw of Ocean View.

An autopsy determined Henshaw and the motorcycle’s driver, 47-year-old Rick Dupont of Kailua-Kona, died of injuries sustained during the accident.
