Big Island Surf Forecast

Hilo side:  Surf heights expected to be waist-head high at well exposed breaks in the morning, fading for the afternoon.

Kona side: Surf heights expected in knee-chest high range at better exposed breaks.

South: Surf heights expected to be knee-chest range at better exposed breaks. Standout spots see sets running in the shoulder high range..

Keep in mind surf heights are measured on the face of the wave from trough to crest. Heights vary from beach to beach, and at the same beach, from break to break.
