The statewide biennial Hawai‘i Agriculture Conference will be held this year on Nov. 9 and 10 at the Waikōloa Beach Marriott Resort & Spa on the Big Island.

The event brings together agriculture and food production leaders to share ideas and trends in the industry, according to a news release.

This year’s theme, “Hawaiʻi Agriculture: Driving Dedication, Diversity & Diligence,” recognizes that building a strong and sustainable agricultural sector takes collaboration, leadership and a shared commitment to future generations.

“The challenges facing Hawai‘i’s farmers and ranchers require more than conversation; they require action,” said Christine Brammer, executive and program director of the Agricultural Leadership Foundation of Hawaii.

The organization hosts the conference with support from the state Department of Agriculture & Biosecurity.

“We hope attendees leave AG2026 with new connections, practical solutions and a clearer understanding of how they can contribute to the success of agriculture here in the islands,” Brammer said.

According to organizers, the conference plays a vital role in ensuring food security, providing essential ecosystem services, promoting economic diversification, and fostering a deep sense of stewardship (mālama) for the environment.
