Big Island police looking for Ocean View 17-year-old reported as runaway

Hawai‘i Island police ask the public for its assistance with locating an Ocean View 17-year-old reported as a runaway.

Ka-Ne Kala is 5-foot-11, 150 lbs., with a tan complexion, curly black hair, mustache and goatee and brown eyes. He was last seen shortly after noon Aug. 26 in Ocean View, wearing a red hoodie, black shorts and black Crocs.

Ka-Ne Kala could possibly be in the Kona district.
